Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the JustGrow Infotech website or engaging our services. By accessing our website or signing a service agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging JustGrow Infotech for any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and accept these Terms in full. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Services

JustGrow Infotech provides software development, IT consulting, web and mobile application development, IoT solutions, cloud infrastructure, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All deliverables created under a paid engagement become the intellectual property of the client upon receipt of full payment.
• JustGrow Infotech retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, libraries, and tools used to deliver the services.
• We reserve the right to reference completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of three (3) years. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly known, independently developed, or disclosed pursuant to a legal requirement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the relevant SOW or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance.
• Late payments attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
• Work may be paused or suspended if invoices remain unpaid beyond 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JustGrow Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or related to our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Except as expressly stated, all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. JustGrow Infotech may terminate immediately if the client breaches these Terms or fails to make payment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the registered state of JustGrow Infotech.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For active engagements, material changes will be communicated in writing.
